What products do you offer?
We have 2 products:
The izzee Meal - a powdered meal that is prepared with water in less than a minute.
and the izzee Complete Bar - a snack for you to eat between main meals.
Both are 100% vegan and provide the right balance of protein, carbohydrates, fiber and 26 vitamins and minerals.
How does izzee fit into my daily life?
Izzee is an excellent solution for times when you're short on time, short on patience, or have trouble preparing healthy, balanced meals. It's perfect for quick breakfasts, lunches during busy workdays, post-workout meals, or relaxed dinners on days when you don't want to mess up the kitchen. Izzee is perfect for when you're in a rush or simply want a healthy, convenient meal on hand.
Is izzee Portuguese?
Yes! izzee was founded in June 2023 by Pedro Godinho from his home office. All products are also produced in Portugal.
Can Izzee be consumed by diabetics?
Yes. An Izzee meal has no added sugar. The fiber in oats and chia seeds can help control blood sugar, which is important for those with diabetes.
Does izzee help me lose weight?
Yes, izzee can help you lose weight easily. It's very simple to prepare, very satisfying, and has the ideal dose of protein, carbohydrates, fat, and fiber your body needs. It also contains all 26 essential vitamins and minerals for your health, including vitamin B12, which supports your metabolism.
Can I eat izzee every day?
Yes, no problem! Izzee is nothing more than a combination of superfoods perfectly balanced!
Shipping & Returns
Can I request an invoice with a taxpayer number?
Yes! On the checkout page, you'll find a field where you can enter your NIF (Tax Identification Number). Your invoice will be sent within 24 hours of completing your purchase. If you haven't received your invoice, please email us at info@izzee.pt with your order number.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only possible before the order leaves the warehouse. Since we want you to receive your izzee as quickly as possible, you have a limited amount of time to cancel your order before it ships.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can! We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided they meet the conditions outlined in our refund policy.
I didn't receive the order confirmation email. What should I do?
First, please check if the email is in your spam folder. If not, please contact us at info@izzee.pt. We will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How much does it cost to ship my order?
Each shipment has a fixed delivery fee of €4.00 (VAT included) for mainland Portugal.
What should I do if my order is damaged or incomplete?
If you received the wrong product, if it's damaged, or if the delivery is incomplete, we'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Contact us through our website or by email: info@izzee.pt.

Why are my subscription portal and related emails in English?
To make it possible for you to subscribe to our meals, we have outsourced our own service for this purpose called Appstle, which has English as its only available language.
Our subscribers are our top priority. If you're having trouble managing your subscription, please contact us at info@izzee.pt. We'll provide personalized support to ensure you have the best possible experience.
