How to manage your subscription

Your izzee subscription is highly flexible and customizable. You can choose which products you want to receive, change delivery frequency, and even pause your subscription whenever you need. Plus, if you need to change your address or cancel your subscription, it's easy to do so at any time.

Create a signature

To create a subscription, you visit our products page and:

In the "Flavors" table, select the products you want to subscribe to:

In the "Purchase Frequency" table, select the "Subscribe & Save 15%" option, and choose how often you want to receive the products at your home:
To confirm your registration, click the "SIGN UP NOW!" button:

Create an account

To manage your subscription, you first need to create an account on izzee. The process is very simple:

Visit to login page. You can also access it through the navigation menu at the top of the page.
Press the "Create Account" button
Enter your details in the form. Please note: the email address must be the same as the one you used when purchasing.
Waiting for the account activation email. The email may be in your spam folder.
Press the activation button to complete the registration.

Manage subscription

Now that you've created a subscription and linked it to your izzee account, you can manage it however you like:

Visit your account page. You can also access it through the navigation menu at the top of the page.
Click on the "Manage Subscriptions" button
Here you can access the list of subscriptions you've made with izzee. To cancel a subscription, click the "Cancel Subscription" button. For further changes, click the "See more details" button.
After clicking "See more details", you can change your subscription by adding a new product ("Add Product" button) or exchanging the product for another ("Swap Product" button).
You can also change the arrival date of the next order ("Reschedule" button), move the arrival date of the next order forward ("Order Now" button), cancel the arrival of the next order ("Skip Order" button), or change the arrival frequency of your orders ("Edit Frequency" button).
In the bottom right corner, you can change your shipping address and bank details for payment. The buttons below allow you to pause or cancel your subscription.
